Training tailored for the voluntary and community sector delivered by HCF Training and Development's trainers

HCF Training and Development provides Level 1 awareness and Designated Person training which enable organisations to comply with The Care Act. (Please note that all those wishing to attend the Designated Person training should have attended a Level 1 course in the last 2 years).

In addition to the open courses our trainers can deliver in-house training to your teams of staff and volunteers. We may be able to fund this training via a Workforce development grant.
