"Booking the meeting room is very easy and HCF staff are incredibly patient with us when we have to keep changing the date. The room itself is bright and clean with ample furniture you can adapt to suit your needs. We’ve always been so well looked after by HCF and nothing seems too much trouble for their friendly and accommodating team. The meeting room is always our first choice when we need to book an external venue."
Welwyn and Hatfield Women's Refuge
"We have used the meeting room over the past 4 years and found Hatfield Foundation House very accommodating. Booking the meeting room has been a very smooth process, informing us of the availability and asking what facilities we may need. Disabled parking has always been allocated on request. The meeting room is always clean and tidy with a lot of natural light. The room is confidential and ideal for small-large meetings."

Herts Young Homeless
"As #TeamHerts is a countywide project, I need to hold meetings in a central location close to the A1. I find the room, staff and whole process easy, professional and proficient. The room is ideal for meetings or small training sessions and the price very reasonable for what you get. I would happily recommend the HCF boardroom."
