Funding Local Causes

Individuals and Families

Helping you and your family

Working with you, we can create giving opportunities for you and your whole family. You may choose to create a Named Fund, or contribute to our Love Herts appeal. Alternatively, you may choose to leave a legacy to the Hertfordshire Community Foundation.

Hertfordshire-based family the Burtons are one such family who have been keen for some time to get involved with local giving. Through Hertfordshire Community Foundation, they have been able to put something positive back into the community they live in and also engage their children with philanthropy.

For more information on how a Named Fund can be built to channel family giving through the gift of cash, shares, property or a gift in your will, please contact us.

We were impressed by HCF’s deep understanding and knowledge of the sector. Their key relationships – which help them to identify where there is need in the county – and the services that they provide ensure that local philanthropy is as effective as possible.
