Action Learning Groups

The Action Learning 2022 programme for chairs or future chairs

Action Learning Groups are now a key part of our programme of support for good governance, alongside our Better Boards trustee training programme. Better Boards Action learning is an opportunity for Hertfordshire CEO's and Chairs to join one of our tailored online groups, run by qualified Better Boards Action Learning facilitators, Sue Pearlman and Adrienne Arthurs.

Join to meet a network of other chairs across Hertfordshire to discuss ideas and challenges you might face in your specific role, and work together to discuss solutions. It is a great opportunity to network with others working in a similar role and improve your knowledge of the sector in a friendly, safe and positive environment.

NEW action learning group dates for chairs and CEOs coming soon for September 2022

Action learning is a practical, group-coaching methodology that can resolve issue and enable both individuals and organisations to thrive. You will build your network, have improved problem solving and leadership capacity and will build your adaptability and resilience.
Eligibility: The programme is open to all Hertfordshire voluntary organisations in Hertfordshire.
