Helping children catchup

Ngorli is a passionate community group that provides weekly tutoring support to children in Watford.

The pandemic has increased the need for their work to help children who have fallen behind.

Grants from Hertfordshire Community Foundation have supported their ‘Need to Read’ programme, a winter support fund and in summer a grant will help them to provide a fun but educative programme to help children meet the targets set by their schools, specifically for those most effected by the disruptions brought on my the pandemic.
