It has been four years since the last Hertfordshire Workforce Development Survey and much has changed in that time.
The 2022 report gives an updated snapshot of VCSE organisations operating in Hertfordshire and the people working for them, as well as the range of working practices used within these organisations.
The report aims to help the sector to:
- Understand the needs and challenges of the workforce
- Plan workforce development
- Inform policy and funding decisions
The survey questionnaire was constructed by Hertfordshire Community Foundation Training and Development in consultation with a small working group, and Mark Gwynne from Hertfordshire Count Council Adult Care Services.
