Welcome to our new Training and Development Project Manager

Louise Marron joins as HCF Training & Development Project Manager.

Louise takes over from Sarah Elliott who has been with HCF since 2007 and who has played a key role in shaping HCF’s Training and Development provision.

Prior to joining HCF Louise spent over 6 years working at AECOM Ltd in Project Management and most recently in Corporate Social Responsibility. Louise has also served as a Treasurer for The AECOM Foundation and has worked in a voluntary capacity across local schools promoting STEM.

Commenting on Louise's appointment Helen Gray, Foundation Director for HCF, said; “I am delighted to welcome Louise to our team. Together with HCF Training & Development Project Co-ordinator, Ana Siewniak, they will continue to deliver workforce development opportunities that build a stronger and more sustainable voluntary sector in the county. I am also pleased to report that Sarah will take on a consultancy role for HCF."

Having grown up in Hertfordshire, Louise is passionate about supporting the local community. In her free time, Louise loves visiting bookshops, watching films and socialising with friends.
