Taking place on
Monday, 13 September 2021, 10am to 11am the webinar will provide information about the restarting of this Hertfordshire County Council Adult Care Services programme.
The Community Opportunities and Day activities programme aims to improve the lives of older people and adults with disabilities in Hertfordshire through community based activities with a specific focus on loneliness and prevention using Hertfordshire's Connected Lives Approach.
The webinar will include updates, how to apply, how to refresh an application previously started in 2020 and an opportunity to ask questions from a panel from both HCF and HCC's Community Wellbeing team. A recording will be available on our website for those unable to make the webinar.
Programme open for applications from 13 September to 22 October 2021.
