Hertfordshire Community Foundation's Training and Development team are once again holding their annual event Your Workforce: Your Future to discuss training and development opportunities in the local sector.
As a sector we combine full time, part time and voluntary workforces, so how can we maximise this flexibility whilst keeping our teams consistently engaged? This year's event will take place online and is themed around how training can help develop a more agile workforce .
