HCF Ambassadors gather to champion local communities

Hertfordshire Community Foundation was delighted to welcome its Ambassadors to the annual HCF Ambassador gathering, held at the beautiful Munden Estate and generously hosted by Ambassador and former Chair of Trustees, Henry Knutsford, and his wife, Kate.
The event brought together a valued group of supporters who generously give their time, influence and networks to help raise awareness of the HCF's work and support fundraising activities across the county.

The gathering provided an opportunity to reflect on the impact that has been achieved together over the past year and to look ahead to the opportunities and challenges facing Hertfordshire's voluntary and community sector. With many small local charities experiencing increasing demand for their services alongside financial pressures, the support of HCF's Ambassadors has never been more important.

Guests heard about HCF's future plans and the activities and events that will help generate vital funding for grassroots charities and community groups across Hertfordshire.

Amanda Jansen, Head of Philanthropy said:

"Our Ambassadors play a hugely important role in helping us connect with people and businesses who share our commitment to strengthening local communities. We are incredibly grateful for their continued enthusiasm, generosity and advocacy, which help ensure we can continue supporting charities making a real difference across Hertfordshire."

Hertfordshire Community Foundation would like to extend its sincere thanks to Henry and Kate Knutsford for their warm hospitality and to all of our Ambassadors for their ongoing dedication to our mission.

Together, we can continue to raise vital funds and create lasting change for local communities across Hertfordshire.
