Trustees' Week 2020

Join us for the second annual Hertfordshire Trustee Conference, followed by a week of practical workshops to celebrate Trustees' Week 2020.

This year's conference, run in partnership with #TeamHerts Volunteering, is being run online and we have some excellent speakers who will be talking on the topic of ‘Driving Change’, with an emphasis on diversity and tackling digital change :

The conference is suitable for anyone considering becoming a trustee or who is currently in a board role as a trustee or chair, or senior leadership role within the charity, community or social enterprise sector.

To celebrate national Trustees' Week 02- 06 November, we also have a week of fantastic workshops and discussion groups to support you in your trusteeship. Both the conference and the workshops are fully funded and free to attend for all Hertfordshire residents and/or trustees & staff of Herts VCS organisations. The conference is supported by Hertfordshire County Council Adult Care Services.

If you are not eligible for a free place, you can still purchase a ticket at £25.00 for the conference and a further £15 for each individual workshop or discussion group. Better Boards

Better Boards is a comprehensive governance training programme for trustees, to improve the effectiveness of Hertfordshire charities

The Hertfordshire Trustee Conference is part of the HCF Training & Development Better Boards Programme . You can find out more about Better Boards here .
