TOGETHER WE CAN

MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Love Herts - a simple way to give where you live

Love Herts enhances our ability to help vulnerable people in Hertfordshire by making it easy to effectively give to your community.

Donations to the appeal are used to help and support a wide range of deserving causes and community initiatives across Hertfordshire which may otherwise go unsupported.

By using our extensive knowledge of the county and its voluntary sector, including our Hertfordshire Matters research report, we are able to identify and target the areas and issues most in need of support.

We would love to talk to you about how you can help and become involved. Contact us to find out more.

Love Herts Valentine's appeal

Love where you Live this Valentine's day

Hertfordshire Community Foundation is appealing to local residents to love where they live this Valentine’s day by supporting the Love Herts 2018 Valentine’s appeal.

Your support will help HCF assist small local charities who provide support to some of the most vulnerable children and adults in our community. From families struggling with illness or disability, individuals seeking life-saving outreach services for addiction recovery or those requiring a range of therapies for domestic abuse or other life-changing experiences, HCF’s Love Herts Valentine’s appeal relies on local peoples’ generosity to help support the small local charities who make a big difference to the lives of many Hertfordshire residents.

Hear Helen Gray, Foundation Director, HCF tell us about the Love Herts Valentine's appeal.

“I didn’t realise quite how many voluntary groups get together every week, all throughout Hertfordshire, with the pure intent of helping others. I find the selfless giving of time and energy by so many in our county for the benefit of others to be truly inspiring. If my involvement in HCF can help some of these amazing initiatives to keep on doing what they are doing, or even better expand their work, then I will be very happy.”
