Herts VCSE training forum

Quarterly online training forum, launched to support training professionals in the Hertfordshire voluntary, community, and social enterprise sector.

NEW for 2021-2022!
We would like to invite training professionals within Hertfordshire to join the new Herts VCSE Training Forum, launched by HCF Training & Development to support the training, learning and development community.

Who the course is for
Do you deliver in-house training, volunteer training or workforce development training? It does not matter what subject of training you deliver, the forum is open to all training professionals, consultants or staff who manage training, so please do join us.

First forum date: Wednesday 21 July 2021
Time: 10.00-11.30
Cost: FREE to attend

We will be meeting quarterly to discuss a different topic in relation to the development of the training sector. Each session will be introduced by a guest speaker in the discussion topic field, followed by interactive discussion amongst peers on the topic at hand.

The forum will give you an opportunity to network with peers, learn from each other and for us to work together as a community to discuss problems and find solutions within the sector.

In July we will be discussing: Online Training- Where do we go from here?
We have all had to change our approach to training because of the pandemic, moving training online. This will be a chance to discuss what has worked for people and what is not working. We will discuss some of the challenges people are facing and work together as a community on how we can tackle those challenges. We will discuss the future of training, whether online or back in person, and where we go from here.

Please find below the dates and booking forms for our future forums for 2021/22. Discussion topics will be confirmed following the first forum, when we will discuss as a group on what you would like those topics to be . You can reserve you place on future forums by using the booking forms below:
