Staff and volunteers who are aiming to develop their digital communication skills. It is intended to help those who are already familiar with social media channels and uploading content, but are unsure how best to use it for maximum engagement..

  • Understand the various social media platforms ((Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, etc.) and who they attract

  • How to post meaningful and interesting content

  • How to build your audience

  • Understanding the effectiveness of your social media channel

  • How to manage your time effectively when using social media

Those completing this course will be able to:
  • Decide which are the best social media channels for them to focus on

  • Understand various ways to post content

  • Understand how to measure the effectiveness and engagement of their content

  • Feel more confident in using social media to grow their online presence
