Measuring the difference your work makes

Identifying and effectively demonstrating the impact of your work is essential to the success of any charity.

It’s beneficial for your team to understand the difference they make and to identify improvements, and for securing ongoing support from external stakeholders too. In the first of two interactive workshops being provided by The FSI, we’ll provide an overview of different monitoring and evaluation approaches and help you identify the outcomes your work achieves. We’ll also consider a range of measurement tools and processes to gather evidence of your impact.

The second workshop Assessing and Communicating your impact (Tues 11 May) will look at what you need to do once you have identified your outcomes and collected your data: how to analyse it and how to use the findings internally and externally.

Both workshops can be attended individually, but we would encourage you to attend both parts.
