Building Effectiveness

An intensive bespoke development programme for Hertfordshire charities

Building Effectiveness provides a unique opportunity for organisations to undergo a 9 month intensive development programme tailored to make their organisations stronger, more effective and sustainable.
Building Effectiveness is ideally suited to organisations looking to become more strategically focussed and better equipped to face the future. By the end of the programme participating organisations are more effective, resilient and strategic in their outlook. Successful applicants are assigned advisors and mentors to help them to identify their key development areas and plan a tailored development programme. Participants will also benefit from bespoke Leadership Workshops.

Building Effectiveness is open to voluntary and community organisations in Hertfordshire that have been operating for at least one year and have a minimum income of £100,000. We also require that organisations should employ at least one paid manager.
