'Covid-19 – Trustees stepping into a crisis' will include:
- The important questions that trustees should be asking right now
- Key elements of the Charity Governance Code
- Using the skills of your board
- Assessing your financial position
- Strategic business planning (e.g prioritising service delivery)
- Moving from confusion to recovery
Learning outcomes:
By the end of the course you will be able:
- To asses their current crisis status
- To appreciate if their organisation is surviving as a 'going-concern' and understand when creditors take precedence above survival.
- To explore a series of relevant checklists, provide reassurance and action plans

All our interactive, online courses will be led by one of our experienced Better Boards trainers or in collaboration with
Impactful Governance, a Hertfordshire based governance training provider.
