- How does the likelihood of 'Shielding' effect your board?
- The mental well being of staff and board members
- Staying connected
- Funding implications
- How to plan for working in an environment with so many unknown variables
- Working in collaboration within the sector
Learning outcomes:
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Assess the potential changes needed to adapt to a 'new normal'.
- Consider how you might redesign your operation to accommodate changes to society.
- Consider how you can encourage strong member networks within both the real and virtual environment

All our interactive, online courses will be led by one of our experienced Better Boards trainers or in collaboration with
Impactful Governance, a Hertfordshire based governance training provider.
'Charity & community sector 'new normal' will be led by Impactful Governance, a team of experienced consultants providing advisory support, coaching & training to community organisations. Impactful Governance help charities to to recognise & deliver their charitable aims, determine clear governance and advise on best practice.
