University of Hertfordshire - Social Enterprise Leadership Foundation

The UH Hertfordshire Business School is running its Social Enterprise Leadership Foundation (SELF) programme again - starting in May 2019. The programme for managers in the voluntary sector is designed to develop your self-awareness, your leadership and your management skills through action learning workshops. It also builds on your abilities to lead others in managing resources and information, improving business performance and understanding customer and market awareness.
The programme consists of four half-day sessions which mix knowledge learning components with action learning and skills development.
The fee for the course is £500. Organisations providing adult social care services in Hertfordshire may apply to HCF Training and Development for a workforce development grant for up to 2 places for their managers.
