Building Effectiveness

An intensive bespoke development programme for Hertfordshire charities

Building Effectiveness provides a unique opportunity for organisations to undergo a nine month intensive development programme tailored to make their organisations stronger, more effective and sustainable.
Successful applicants are assigned advisors and mentors to help them to identify their key development areas and plan a tailored programme.

By the end of the programme participating organisations are more effective, resilient and strategic in their outlook.

We will shortly be starting the process for recruiting participants for Building Effectiveness 2020. If your organisation would like to express an interest please email louise.marron@hertscf.org.uk .
